HERE ARE SOME EASY TIPS TO MAINTAIN AND RAISE YOUR FREQUENCY ANY TIME YOU FEEL TO DO SO

This is FREE to share where ever and whenever You wish! Femke and I are here upon the planet to assist All, and We do NOT put hindering price tags NOR restrictions on Our purveyances. This is a combination of Others teachings and Ours that We share here, for the benefit of All.

  1. Keep as much as possible in the company and communication with Those Awakened, there is vibration strength in numbers of like individuals connecting.
  2. Look at every situation as POSITIVE, or necessary to produce positive events, even if it is negative. Know that sometimes it takes two negatives, or more, to produce a positive, and where You are constantly attuned to creating positive and enjoying positive, You orient Your reality to be this way. Train Your consciousness to always look at everything positively.
  3. Align Your Heart and Third eye Chakra and communication link by; closing Your eyes but keeping Your eyes open behind the closed eyelids, look at the center of the upper part of the bridge of Your nose with eyes closed, focus there for several seconds, and then connect an energetic conduit with Your mind to the Heart center. The more You practice this, the stronger the energetic information channel between the Heart and the Consciousness becomes, releasing more KNOWING from the Seat of the Soul, the Heart. Your Seat of the Soul KNOWS everything, for You have existed for all time and that is where Your memory is energetically stored, as well as Your more enhanced Guidance for these times. It allows for more of Your memory, which is also Your Divine abilities and Gifts, to be incrementally released to You. This also aligns Your main energetic chakra system when it needs to be recalibrated, like the light pounding on the bottom part of the sternum while verbally saying “ahh”, does for You.
  4. Exchange air in Your lungs, which has become negative due to some small subconscious transmuting by reading something of a lower vibration than You, for example. What You may call “exasperation breaths” are actually very important transmutings on a micro-scale where You exhale the negative energy and replace it with enhanced positive spin new oxygen. As energetic Beings, Your frame of mind dictates the charge of Your field, You constantly can negate, or positate Your field through the polarity of Your thought/s. By keeping always positive thoughts, You maintain a positive field that like attracts to it, like all positive things. Have no fear, for it is negative, and will attract negative things, You have a choice, and tools, to keep Your field strong and positive. And remember, You affect All that are close to You, why not affect Them positively?
  5. The simple breathing in through the nose, holding it for about 5 seconds in the nasal cavity, then exhaling through the mouth, is very beneficial at creating a state of clarity with the consciousness. As with any exercise, especially breathing exercises, they are to be done OUTDOORS in the fresh air and preferably about at least 10 meters from another individual. It is recommended to repeat the above exercise for about 20-30 times in succession, then feel the “clarity” it has created for You.
  6. This is a very powerful exercise for the entire physical body and entire energetic field. Again, do it outside and at least distanced from any Other by about 10 meters. Empty out all of the air in Your lungs by a long exhale and constant pushing of more air after the initial exhale, out of Your lungs. You may wish to press on Your tummy area to assist in pushing this deep air out. A human only ever uses about 10 percent of the lung capacity for breathing, meaning that there is usually 90 percent of spent/exhausted oxygen in the body, which has no value and can actually be a huge hindrance to Your energetic field. After getting NEW oxygen in most of the lungs capacity, take a couple normal breaths before continuing with the exercise. Stand facing the Sun/Son, feet spread about 25 centimeters apart, arms outstretched that have Your hands about 35 centimeters from Your hips and palms facing the Sun/Son. Take a deep inhale and hold, imaging this oxygen/energy going into Your Heart, becoming charged with Love, then the energy sent to the right frontal lobe of the brain where White Light is added, then sent back down to the Heart space, then exhale. At the same time as doing this, imagine every pore in Your physical body opening and that Your body is a magnet to bring this energy in through the pores as well. So, You are doing two things at once, bringing powerful oxygen energy into the lungs and the body at once. Do this inhale/exhale 3 times and NO MORE THAN 3 TIMES, it is very powerful and if You begin to be dizzy with the second inhale, stop immediately. Only do this ONCE a day, or only when You feel You must do it, for example, You may not feel to do it for days. It is most powerful to do it at the beginning of Your day. Have fun with it and watch how it changes Your day/reality very favorably!!!!

In extreme and immediate cases, go outdoors and say loudly “f##k it, f##k it, f##k it”, and monitor the effects of how it makes You and Your energetic field feel, the upliftment. This works because it is an immediate detachment from whatever had You suppressed at the moment and takes the focus away from the suppression, and puts the mindset into a frame of “hey, this really works! what else can I do and learn about upliftment?”
