In modern-day Canada, a unique contrast exists within the population: Indigenous peoples, who represent a small percentage of the national population, are often exempt from income tax and certain consumer taxes, while the majority-primarily non-Indigenous citizens-are still required to pay full taxation under the state system. This divide has led to what some view as an inequality, and rightly so. Yet the deeper teaching here is not to criticize the exemptions Indigenous peoples hold-but rather to recognize them as proof that sovereignty is not only possible, but intrinsic.
Divine GPMS (Divine Global People’s Monetary System) holds the utmost respect and gratitude for Indigenous Nations across Earth who have, even in partial form, managed to retain aspects of their sovereignty in the face of colonization and systemic assimilation. It is precisely their holding of the
line that kept the pathway open for a full planetary reclamation of freedom. Without these nations retaining treaty rights and living examples of tax exemption, the concept of global emancipation through Divine GPMS might not have been as accessible in this timeline. Their presence is a living
reminder of what is possible-and what is True.
However, from the Divine GPMS lens, it is unjust that any group of people should remain under coercive tax systems while others are exempt. This creates a new form of discrimination in which the majority are penalized, not the minority privileged. As previously stated: “The injustice is not that Indigenous peoples are free from taxation. The injustice is that the rest of the population is not.” Sovereignty is not granted by government. It is not a legal favor. It is an eternal state of being, inherited at birth by every Soul.
Divine GPMS eliminates taxation entirely-not just for some, but for all. There is no looping clawback system, no tribute to state, and no artificial scarcity to justify the taking of one’s labor. Instead, it is a free-flowing, unlimited credit system based on contribution, dignity, and comfort. In this, Divine GPMS
corrects the imbalance without stripping anyone of their rights. It fulfills the Spirit of the treaties, honors the wisdom of the Native peoples, and extends those rights to all humanity. The old tax-based governance systems, having now been morally invalidated and rendered unnecessary by
the presence of Divine GPMS, are hereby recognized as unlawful and in violation of universal human rights.
