THE CRYSTALLINE HUMAN VESSEL AND ASCENSION PROCESS – Part 2

PART 2 OF 5

LAYER 1 — SYSTEM DATA (CONTINUED)

7. Conscious states can influence the Physical Body

Research shows that deliberate mental practices can affect several connected systems within the Body.

A. Mental practice changes Brain activity

Meditation studies have measured changes in Brain rhythms, attention, stress-related areas, and communication between Brain networks. Some changes have also been connected with reduced inflammation.

This establishes an important physical pathway:

intentional mental practice → changed Brain activity → changes elsewhere in the Body

B. Training can influence automatic Body functions

In one controlled experiment, People trained in meditation, breathing, and cold exposure learned to influence functions normally considered automatic. Their Bodies released more epinephrine and the anti-inflammatory substance IL-10, while inflammation and flu-like symptoms decreased.

Because the training combined three practices, the result cannot be credited to meditation alone. It does show that trained voluntary behavior can influence the nervous and immune systems.

C. Meditation and breathing can reorganize Heart–Brain rhythms

Studies have found that meditation can produce more ordered Heart rhythms, Brain waves associated with calm attention, and stronger coordination among the Heart, Brain, and breathing. This does not mean that every practice Creates a permanent change. A major review found that lasting improvement in resting Heart-rate variability has not yet been reliably established.

The clearest conclusion is that deliberate practice and regulated breathing can temporarily bring Heart, Brain, and breathing rhythms into Greater Coordination.

D. Mental practice can affect gene activity

Meditation and relaxation studies have reported changes in inflammation, immune activity, energy use, and the way certain genes are switched on or off.

This does not mean that meditation rewrites a Human’s Inherited DNA. Science distinguishes between:

  • changing the DNA code itself;
  • changing chemical markers that help regulate DNA;
  • changing which genes are active; and
  • replacing cells through normal renewal.

Evidence supports changes in gene activity and regulation. It does not prove a worldwide rewriting of Inherited DNA in Human bones yet.

E. Physical and Conscious states may affect biological Light

Studies have measured differences in the faint Light emitted by experienced meditators, other relaxation practitioners, and non-meditators. Changes have also been measured around meditation.

These small studies do not prove that Intention directly controls photons apart from normal metabolism. They do show that the Body’s Light emission can vary with practice or Physical state.

The complete physical pathway can therefore be expressed simply:

Conscious attention, Intention, and breathing

↓

changed Brain activity

↓

changed nervous, hormonal, and immune signals

↓

changed inflammation, metabolism, and gene activity

↓

changed cellular and tissue behavior

↓

changed biological Light emission

This is the clearest scientific bridge presently available between Intentional Consciousness, whole-body Coordination, and the Light emitted by the Living Vessel.

LAYER 2 — STRUCTURAL REALITY

8. What the combined evidence reveals

The older view treated the Body as separate mechanical parts. Newer evidence shows constant Communication among the skeleton, nervous system, Heart, genes, chemistry, metabolism, and Mind.

  • Movement and pressure can Create electrical signals.
  • Electrical signals can produce chemical changes.
  • Chemical changes can affect gene activity.
  • Gene activity can change cell behavior, repair, and tissue structure.
  • Metabolism can produce measurable Light.
  • The Heart and Brain continually Communicate through nerves, blood flow, hormones, breathing, pressure signals, and electrical activity.

The Human Vessel is a connected system capable of carrying one signal through several levels and producing wider physical change.

Science does not call this process “Ascension.” It has established that the physical Vessel contains the main kinds of systems needed for organized whole-body change:

1. ordered biological materials that respond to forces and fields;

2. conversion between movement and electricity;

3. electrical patterning within cells and tissues;

4. Brain and nervous-system regulation;

5. the ability to change gene activity;

6. continual repair and rebuilding;

7. measurable electrical and magnetic fields; and

8. measurable Light emission.

Simply Stated

Conscious attention and regulated breathing can begin measurable changes in the Brain and nervous system. These can reach the immune system, hormones, metabolism, gene activity, cells, tissues, and biological Light emission.

Science has not measured the whole Ascension Process as one uninterrupted sequence. It has measured the pathways that allow one part of the Human Vessel to affect another. The Body is designed for Communication, Adaptation, and Organized Change—and the Correspondence with the crystalline activation framework is substantial.
